Dominic Landretti holds the following credentials:
Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser & Licensed Appraiser—This certification and license is issued by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing. It is the highest level of licensing offered by the agency and enables the credential holder to appraise any type of property of any complexity. Mr. Landretti holds license Number 1574 issued in 2008. Holders of this credential must comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Wisconsin Certified Assessor Level 2—This certification allows the holder to act as the statutory assessor in most Wisconsin municipalities including all towns, all villages, and most cities. Holders of this certification are bound by municipal and state law and must follow the directions prescribed in the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual published by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
Wisconsin Certified Assessor Level 3—This certification allows the holder to serve as the statutory assessor in the cities of the first class including Milwaukee. Holders of this certification are bound by municipal and state law and must follow the directions prescribed in the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual published by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.

Benjamin Weis holds the following credentials:
Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser & Licensed Appraiser—This certification and license is issued by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing. It is the highest level of residential licensing offered by the agency and enables the credential holder to appraise any type of residential property and any commercial property under $250,000. Mr. Weis holds license Number 1607 issued in 2007. Holders of this credential must comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Wisconsin Assessment Technician—This certification allows the holder to complete inspections and calculate building cost data of land an improvements within any assessment district. Holders of this certification are bound by municipal and state law and must follow the directions prescribed in the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual published by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
