Greg Landretti has 40 years of experience in real estate appraisal and assessment. He has worked in Michigan, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington and Wisconsin. For 30 years he has been employed by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue (DOR) where he has served in the capacities of property assessment specialist, section chief, district supervisor, and bureau director. Since 2005, he has been a partner in the firm of Landretti & Company, LLC providing appraisal, assessment, and expert witness services for litigated valuation issues.During his tenure with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, he designed and installed computer assisted appraisal systems, analyzed real estate markets, constructed econometric models, appraised complex property, managed the publication of the Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual, conducted assessor investigations, overseen the Wisconsin Assessor Certification program and conducted county assessment studies.
He has taught appraisal courses at the Wisconsin Vocational School system and has presented to state, national and international audiences. He is past president of the Wisconsin Association of Assessing Officers and a past executive board member of the International Association of Assessing Officers. He continues to perform committee service for the Centre for Advanced Property Economics.
He has been the DOR representative to the Wisconsin Land Information Board and the Wisconsin Land Council and was instrumental in the development and operation of the Interagency Land Use Council and the Strategic Growth Task Force. Mr. Landretti has chaired the State Agency Resource Working Group for the past several years. He currently serves as Assistant Dean of the Board of Publications for the Centre for Advanced Property Economics.

Dominic Landretti has six years of accounting experience including public and private accounting.
In public accounting, he has worked throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa performing audits on local municipalities, utilities, mass transits, and colleges. Also, he performed compliance audits for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and led consulting projects including utility rate studies, impact fee studies, and fixed asset valuations.
In private accounting, he maintained the accounting records for multiple telecommunication companies under TDS Telecom, a fortune 500 company. Core duties included preparing and analyzing monthly financials, the development of annual budgets, and fixed asset property record reconciliations.
Both fields of practice required preparation and analysis of annual reporting to the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin.
