Dominic Landretti has six years of accounting experience including public and private accounting. Since 2006, he has been an owner and the managing partner in the firm of Landretti & Company, LLC providing appraisal, assessment, and expert witness support services for litigated valuation issues.

In public accounting, he has worked throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa performing audits on local municipalities, utilities, mass transits, and colleges. Also, he performed compliance audits for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and led consulting projects including utility rate studies, impact fee studies, and fixed asset valuations.

In private accounting, he maintained the accounting records for multiple telecommunication companies under TDS Telecom, a fortune 500 company.  Core duties included preparing and analyzing monthly financials, the development of annual budgets, and fixed asset property record reconciliations.

Both fields of practice required preparation and analysis of annual reporting to the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin.

Benjamin Weis is a Certified Residential Appraiser that has been appraising residential property in Southern Wisconsin since 2002. Mr. Weis was hired by Landretti & Company in March 2010 to lead the residential appraisal division.

He has appraised a wide range of residential properties including single family, condominiums, vacant land, and small multifamily properties. He is FHA approved and is AQB compliant.
